EXCHANGE UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT

You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state, cannot be altered and must be returned in original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for ALL exchanges. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. We must receive your order first before the new shipment is sent back to the customer
